Holy crap! We could actually watch the Billsies together! We can’t wait to see half of all your faces!
Please, read the whole post as you must respond to attend.
UPDATE: We just heard from Kevin (Owner: Trinity and Boylan Heights). Boylan Heights can accommodate as many of us who show up for Week (Jets @ Bills, 9/13/2020). Social distancing practices will be in place, and masks must be worn at all times, except when eating and drinking. These are basically the same rules as below for Firefly. Make sure to RSVP so we know how many Labatt’s are needed! (More on this location waaay down below.)
Starting in Week 2 of the 2020 Season (Bills @ Dolphins), we have a place to watch the Bills’ games! Firefly (who is not doing inside dining at this time) has been kind enough to open for the Cville Bills Backers! The place will be entirely ours inside. The game will be shown on a projection system in the dining room. Food and drinks based on their menu will be available!!

Social distanced seating will be required as will masks when not eating or drinking. NO EXCEPTIONS. No mask, no soup…err..football for you. I hear the Pats and Bucs are always looking for fans. Hand sanitizer and possibly extra masks will be available. Firefly has very strong and strict sanitization rules for their staff and the location. This is awesome. You will not get stuck to the floor here either!
Windows will be open and fans will be on. This will be a very safe (as safe as can possibly be) environment. So if you feel comfortable, please join us.
Capacity will be limited to 30 Backers.
This will be our home for Bills daytime Sunday games for the 2020 season. (We have a few protocols to set-up to make this happen so for Week 1, against the Jets, you are on your own. Sorry, about that.)
Plus, we need to let them know the crowd size and plan for staffing. Plus we want Firefly to make money!!!! Don’t forget to tip your waitstaff (and try the veal!)
Parking is ample….there is a small front lot, a large back lot, and plenty of street parking on Carlton Rd. And surrounding streets. (Firefly is on E. Market St/Carlton, near Beer Run, Meade Park, and City Walk.)
MORE UPDATES: Boulanger Heights (that’s what SpellCheck did to “Boylan Heights”) will also be available for all games… including during the Firefly games, in case we need overflow or you live on the West side of town. It will be nice to have a few options…. and you know how the parking works there already.
